We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Tried Kingscross Hyundai for the nice reviews and now I can attest the dealership really lives up to its reputation. Nina Dagdag was our salesperson and I cannot recommend her enough. She was kind, efficient and even helped us to change our deal after we signed it. Almost two years after making business with Kingscross, I still think they're a great dealership

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

The purchase and service of my vehicle at Mid-Toronto Mitsubishi was very good. They give me a car wash after each service and they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. Went here to look at a vehicle. I was left alone for to browse for a while, then was approached by a salesman who just asked if I had any questions. Talked with him for a bit, and he brought me to their storage area where they had the exact vehicle I was interested in.
He was very polite and professional, and didn't try to push me into his office for high pressure sales tactics.
While I didn't buy a Mazda, when I'm in the market for a new car, I'd definitely head back here.

I’ve had a great experience. I came a bit early because I haven’t been here before and they took my car early to get finished early so I can go about my day. I was greeted right away by Quaisom (service reception) and it continued to be a good experience. James and Sandy were also very good.
