Not only did he fix the problem but gave her advice regarding another issue that required a third-party intervention. Thank you for hiring such a convenient employee.

Purchased a wireless charger back in January. It quit working about 3 weeks after I bought it. Spoke to the store manager, and because Otterbox is closed for replacements she brought one in from another Telus store. I have dealt with this store in the past and they are awesome to deal with. Will continue going here for all my Telus needs.
