I had car accident and my car was damaged, I was in shaken state of mind, however after calling my insurance things started to develop in a positive way. My experience of dealing with the accident and having td insurance personnel to guide me trough was exceptional. Also their collision center experts are quite knowledgeable and after examining the damage they were able to explain me in details about the repair work. The work was done as explained and the car was fixed completely.

I love that I can trust Carter to care for my pets any time I go away. He always makes sure to follow my detailed instructions exactly and even will send photos of my babies to me from his visits. He is great at communicating throughout the whole boarding process. Thank you for all your help Carter! Willow, Astor and I are so glad we found Walking Pals.

I was on the side of the 401 in Cambridge because the splash shield on my car fell off while I was driving, an employee of Always On Call was just ahead of me repairing a truck, he took 5 minutes to help me out and I was back on the road in no time. He obviously didn't have to help me but I was very grateful that he did. Thank you!!

I recently purchased Resound One hearing aids. Mercedes was the specialist I dealt with and she was excellent. I had many questions and concerns and Mercedes patiently took the time to explain things to me. She also made sure my new hearing aids fit properly. I wear my hair very short so I was pleased they were small, discreet & matched my hair colour. They have already made a wonderful difference in my hearing and my life. Thank you Mercedes!!!

I just wanted to share my experience. I had a pest problem and called Chris at All Corners pest control and received a quick response. Not ever having to deal with anything like this before he assured me he could solve my problem and answered every question I asked. Because of my job he worked with me and came in to spray on hours he doesn’t normally work. He showed up in an unmarked truck which I was very happy with (neighbours). THANK YOU CHRIS for making it as easy as possible.Denise

I am a widow who needed to clean the glass BETWEEN my two glass panels in my stove door. I couldn't believe that it was possible but guess what?. Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.
