This company delivered a prompt return of my phone call. Was professional and warm in speaking with me, they were knowledgable in their products and delivered my quote within the time frame they stated. I went ahead with the work, am very pleased and they had not "extra" charges as some other contractors like to do. Very impressed, they were clean, fast and offer a full warranty. Have not had any issues to date. Had work completed Sept 2009.

I go here all the time for quality discount fabrics for personal and with work. Usually you're hard pressed to get help and the staff is grumpy. However yesterday I took my students for fabric shopping and the store was all rearranged and a very helpful and pleasant woman assisted us in Bridal. She gave us swatches right there and even helped us find particular fabrics. We went back later (after fabrics were picked from swatches) and bought fabric for class and she pleasantly greeted us! It was a nice experience. (Less one star for the old butter smell. Not their fault; connected to a bakery.)

Only place in Thompson that I can honestly say has consistent fabulous service and their breakfast menu is the best in town. Always busy ... Says alot for how they treat their customers and leaves them coming back for more.

I had a big roll over accident and Henning from Dr Hook helped me get out of the car and sheltered me in his tow truck as we waited for the ambulance to come. He also took care of the towing of my vehicle. Outstanding person and company, if it wasnt for him I would be stuck in my flipped car and freezing!

I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm.
The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc.
The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief!
