Amazing place, hired Rod and his team to paint my moms old house, they went above and beyond, got us new light fixtures all for a great price and installed them and even installed a new tap I had sitting on the bathroom counter and new towel racks rod got and all. The house looks FANTASTIC and the price was amazing. We have recommended them to all our friends and family amazing work and cannot thank them enough for how good everything turned out. Thank you guys.

I have received excellent care and service at this establishment for years. 4 Elements has helped me rehab from a bad car accident in 2019 and I enjoyed going so often that massage & physio are now part of my self-care routine. Everyone has been amazing to deal with and I recommend this business to anyone looking for physical therapy and massage.

Needed an appointment on short notice. They got my son in he needed glasses we were in and out in less then an hour with his new glasses. Very friendly great service would recommend to anyone. :)

While travelling through Vulcan we stopped to eat at the A&W on Sept.12th, 2021. The young ladies were friendly and efficient. Nice clean place. Burgers were very good and actually looked like the commercials. I have eaten at A&W since it opened in 1956 and as a rule things have gone downhill but not in Vulcan. Very pleased.
