Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Dr Tawadross conducts himself in a professional manner, but has a quiet sense of humor that make it easy to be his patient.He has no problem admitting he needs specialized assistance for his patients, which gave me confidence to approach him. My wife feels the same about the female doctors in that practice. We are huge fans.

1 ) More small carts. in a store with a walkin clinic there should be paper towel at the meat freezer section or wipes, hand sanitizer, more paper towel and sanitizer at the carts and on the stair case rail, holding the rail when flu is rampant, plus anything else that is easy to catch
2) Service is very good, and prompt with all cash lanes guaranteed to be open at the weekend
3) Price matching makes it a lot more affordable than some other stores
4) The washrooms are very clean

This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!
