When my husband of 50 years of marriage passed away due to 3 cancers in 2020 I had a custom 2 hearts monument made. I also wanted a company who could design real life looking floral arrangement for the headstone. I found Eternal Memorial Bouquets on the website, saw her beautiful arrangements. When I called I spoke with owner Jo-Anne, told her that I want a beautiful floral saddle arrangement to compliment the colour of the headstone. For 4 years each arrangement made has been exquisite.

My recent customer service experience at Baroness was wonderful! I was told that they were under new management and could not have been more thrilled. The men were great and extremely helpful. The flowers were beautiful and they went the extra mile for me making sure I loved the flowers. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I always worry sending flowers of poor quality is worst than not sending!
I ordered a dozen of long stem roses from Beaver Creek Florist for our anniversary and what my wife received were premium grade red roses. Delivery was on time even with very short notice of ordering.
