Elijah does not mind taking the time to explain your prescription, or give you answers to any other questions you may have, and all in a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere! Went today for a vaccination at the Fort Street Shoppers and to buy some make up. The lady at the make up counter (blonde, European I think) is brilliant. She picked out exactly the right colour lipstick and foundation for me; I only realized just what good choices when I got home. Thank you!

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.
