I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I bought 4+ bedroom sets of pillows, duvets, sheet sets and duvet covers from the Bayview location online/ via the Bayview store during COVID. The service was exceptional. The products were delivered right to my door by a staff member. As I ordered online there were a number of items I wished to exchange (color, look/feel not always easy to gauge on a computer screen). The attention to detail and assistance with the exchanges was second to none. Liz at the Bayview location was especially amazing

The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.
