This is the second time in a couple of years that we have needed to call for a plumber for two separate issues. We called Oilver plumbing both times and we are very pleased with their service. Stefan came out this time and took care of our problem in short order. Very professional and very reasonable rates. I do not hesitate to recommend this company

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was.
