I have been working with Veronica for the past 3 months and i am very happy with my results so far.
She is extremely knowledgable on nutrition and forms, she is fun and easy to work with and overall i feel like an individual and not a number in a gym.

Insanely good customer service from Bow River Paving! We got several quotes to get our driveway widened and paved and Bow River came in well under any quote by several thousand dollars. I've been practicing hot yoga for 5 years now and have never found a place to call my yoga home until I found Breathe. The interior itself is absolutely stunning, the whole pace is immaculately clean, the classes and instructors are all great - lots of variety and every class and teacher is completely different. The studio itself is second to none! The soft candlelight makes it feel like you're engulfed in a cocoon - a really great smelling cocoon (unheard of for hot yoga!!). The front desk staff is always extremely friendly too. The best part though is that they're opening a 2nd location in McKenzie Towne! I can hardly wait. I'm sure it'll be even better. Thank you for being you, Breathe Hot Yoga!
