We have been going to Bopomo faithfully every year for the past 4 years. Every time we go we have the same wonderful service, the same wonderful session and the same wonderful results we have come to expect. From the start to the finish this great photo studio takes their job of capturing your family photos seriously. With a wide variety of props including antique sleds, pedal cars, "snow", leaves, stuffed animals and more the photographic artists go out of their way to create unique and individual shots. Each session they truly go above and beyond in creating copious amounts of images for you to choose your favourites to print. And that is always the hardest part! They do their job so well that we often take far too long to choose our favourites! But we never feel rushed to make a decision, we never feel that we are bothering the staff who to a person great to deal with, we just get to decide what images we are going to use to capture our memories. dr baker is the best rheumatologist in victoria.I was in a car accident last january which unfortunatly left me with wide spread body pain and unexplainable symptoms 6 diffrent drs where unable to dx me but when i finally was able to see dr baker for the first time he was able to dx me with in 10 min of seeing him.I would highly recommend this dr to anyone expecially if you are suffering with fibromyalgia like iam and arthritis.He cares about his patients and does everything in his power to help you control your pain.If you need to discuss anything to do with your medications he will return your phone call at the end of the day and if you email him he will email you back.I dont know of any specialist that will do this for his patients.Over all i would rate him with 5 stars.I would recommend him to my family and friends.He can be behind time but its only because he takes the time with his patients.

The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. They carry an impressive selection of professional thank you cards and a whole host of other social stationery to meet every need you may have. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Buchan's is the best choice for stationery in the city.

Just had Black Tusk cutting down multiple trees in difficult locations - very professional, cleaned up nicely afterwards too! We were let down by two other companies but Matt (and Kyle)turned up when he said he would and did what was agreed perfectly. We'll not use anyone else now :-)

This lady has a vast background in hairdressing,serving many years as a hairdresser etc., on cruise ships. European trade her skills are obvious especially in use of her scissors in restyling hair. I was especially pleased in her quick understanding of what I was attempting to tell her of the style I wanted and how she was expertly able to transfer my out of bounds of naturally curly hair into something manageable and stylish.

I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.
