I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. I brought my B Class RV to Krown (Oshawa, Russet Ave) to have them apply rust protection to it. As I had special needs due to piping, tanks, and electrical systems which are located under the RV, I was apprehensive about spraying rust protection to these systems. Krown employees listened to my concerns and after a discussion they applied the rust protection to suit my needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I would recommend them to any vehicle owner.

Friendly customer service and easy to talk to. Prices are average. They do what is asked and call if anything additional comes up. They are not a perfect repair shop but I am a regular and trust their analysis.
