I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

My refrigerator suddenly stopped operating, and I called Toronto Appliances Service asking for a repair consultation. Not only was my request last minute, it was also during the Easter long weekend and in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.
