My mechanic referred me to Sam Agostino as I am fairly new to the city and was unsure who to trust. I did not feel any pressure from Sam who was incredibly patient and kind. A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.
