Really great little gem in Port Moody. Has such a local feel. Big patio, and quite a large seating area inside. The coffee is pretty good, as are the snacks! Lots of non-caffinated drinks as well. Definitely a place to settle in with a newspaper, coffee and snack and just chill out for awhile!

I started working with Crystal years ago and was in the best shape of my life. After having my first baby, I decided I needed to lose the baby pounds and get in shape again. I knew I would need to go back to what works for me, Crystal's boot camps. I was able to lose 40lbs with her help and become stronger than I had been in a few years. Crystal is a great trainer and keeps her classes enjoyable. I would recommend her classes to anyone, at any age, at any fitness level.

I have been a customer here for several years and always been pleased with the service and quality of food. I recently was there on an extremely busy evening and found all of the servers to be efficient and courteous, as the cooks kept things rolling at a fast pace. Could not be happier and will definitely continue to be a loyal patron!

This is the first program that has brought me fast, consistent results. I lost more weight in the first 2 months than in the past few years of trying various things on my own. With the daily educational videos, app full of recipes, tips, tracking and fitness videos and the one-on-one coaching support by trained professionals, I am confident for the first time that I will achieve and maintain my goal!
