I purchased some chairs from this company that did not wear well. Within a day of my reporting the matter to Brian, he contacted the manufacturer and requested that I send a photo of the damaged chairs. I did so and within a very short time received a message that the faulty chairs would be replaced and shipped to me at no cost. Brian was prompt, courteous, professional and accommodating - I was very impressed with his service.

They gave me an amazing design, I love this website and their design made my business take off, design was done within 3 days and they added or changed anything I wanted no matter how far along they were. They answered all my questions and replied very fast to my emails and questions, for phone calls no wait time at all, also you can text them if you are too shy too call which I think more companies need! I highly. highly recommend them!
