I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

This store is probaly the best store for fishing/ outdoor supplies in thye world. They have everything you can think of, and Bass Pro has an amazing staff that know there stuff. I have to say I am extremly amazed how a store can be so fantastic.

The best service ever. Alyssa is one of the best sales persons i have ever met. Honest and extremely helpful. I will always go back to buy my camping and outerwear items there.
