From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My dad asked a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer all of them.

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship, everything is to the next level. Chris wasn't happy letting me take my car home until it was perfect in his eyes. I took my 69 Mustang in to them for body work and paint and the team at Reaction Motorsports treated it like it was one of their prized show ponies. Had System-ex out there a couple days ago to deal with a leaky faucet. They were very quick to get to my place. They were very helpful and fixed my problem very quickly. Even gave recommendations to how to prevent this from happening again. Would definitely call them with any other issues plumbing issues.

I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
