i though that all Dealerships were about was the mighty dollar but it gives me great pleasure to let everybody know that the people at Columbia Chrysler in Richmond are the most carring and proffesional people that i have ever had the pleasure to meet.
the sales experiance was easey and pleasant, but the service experiance was FANTASTIC the people in the service department realy care about what they do and also the people that they deal with.

The staff are fantastic - they care about the individual development and care of your dog, and provide you with feedback about how they are doing , and ways you can improve your 'at-home' training. They monitor the dogs and make sure that they are socially interacting and that they are comfortable with each other. I was referred to Johanne about 1.5 years ago. I saw her more than a dozen times over the course of about 9 months and now see her for regular follow-ups, every few months or as needed. I have found her to be extremely gentle when working internally as well as externally. She has been recommended to many of my friends who have also had great success.
