I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. Sam is undoubtedly the best in the auto glass industry. He is so kind, empathetic, friendly and accomodating. The craftsmanship is very meticulous and thorough and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all. A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare.
