Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. I have been taking my vehicles to Don's Auto Shop for years. Unfortunately, the business has changed ownership a few times because of health issues with the owners. I have met the new owner and he does good work and seems honest. If you are looking for a new mechanic, I would try them.
