These guys had to deliver bad news to me. The repairs we worked on didn’t solve the problem and the real problem was much bigger and more costly than I could afford. We walked through solutions together and came up something that was workable. Made a difficult situation manageable.

Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.
