Beautiful gardens and Inspiring!
I have been visiting, shopping and getting wonderful gardening advice from Lorraine for over 10 years now. Both Lorraine and Robert are friendly and always willing to answer my multitude of questions. They have inspired me to become the best gardener I can possibly be and in turn I have learned how to keep my environment healthy and safe for myself and the creatures that live within it. I trust their knowledge and love shopping there whenever I can.

I have been coming to East of Eliza since its inception on Gerrard Street and I love working with Reed and her wonderful staff to help me create beautifully magical whimsical romantic arrangements. Reed and her staff also to help me with my planters. The Secret Garden at the back o the shop is the best for summer garden flowers. One of my favorite places in Toronto!

The nursery has a down to Earth vibe and its staff are more informed than other nurseries in the area. Prices began to rise in the last 2-3 years but this place is still more affordable than Sheridan. Complaints about emerald cedars not living should not solely be put on the nursery but planting and watering. The staff are busy so getting special treatment is difficult (referring to previous comments)

My favourite garden centre! Huge selection of houseplants all year long. The greenhouse & nursery are packed with garden goodies throughout the growing season. Great selection of veggie plants! Prices are affordable.

Love this place! It's like a secret garden in the heart of downtown toronto. I've been coming here for the past 9 or 10 years.
It's a family-run shop and the owners have been doing this for a while so they have a great eye for plants that people really like.
The plants are always healthy (it seems they're always unloading shipments of new plants when i'm there) and the prices are definitely on the lower end, especially compared to others north of the city. what more can i say? just a really great experience!
