I was nervous at first, but I called EasyDNA and Patricia was very helpful both over the phone and via emails. Anytime I had questions or needed direction, they responded immediately. The package came with clear, detailed instructions that were easy to follow. And once we received the results they came with a full explanation and, again, detailed results explained clearly and easy to understand. I’m very pleased with out overall experience. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. John and his crew are stupendous! Professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Those boys work hard to complete the task and don’t cut corners. Our new back patio has transformed our backyard to the oasis we wanted. Creativity flows from their hands and is evident in a job well done. Infinite healing has been so influential in my health and helping me get back to being an active role in my personal and professional life!
