A shout out to Charles @ CM plumbing. We called for an inspection on a house we’re interested in. Charles was prompted on arrival. Did the inspection and found areas of concern which we didn’t know about. A VERY polite young man. Was sincerely interested in our concerns. Offered us valuable advice. Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.
