No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

This store is beautiful and well kept. It has a lot of different ethnic choices and the products are super fresh. I only shop at this store due to the above description and the isles are very wide - you are not bumping to other people all of the time. The employees are great and helpful.

Excellent customer service, fresh bakery, 50% off cooked food by 5pm, lots of fresh meat and fish, big spacious store full of all kinds of canned dry foods.
Prepare to spend time shopping like one hour or more.

The store hours are very convenient since I have been retired for ten years. Overhead signs on the aisles are often meaningless. I was looking for a jar of honey and the correct aisles is SPREDS.
I have to walk with a cane but when I push the cart that works very well. How you assign shelf space has not changed. Almost an entire length of an aisle shows unhealthy cereals! You stock only KASHI 2 different boxes. Potato CHIPS get a lot of shelf space - none are healthy .....

Took my family here for mother's day and it was very busy! We walked in and wrote gave our names and got a table within 5 minutes. After trying the food I can tell why there were so many customers, the food is mouth-watering! Definitely the best Indian food in the GTA. Won't be going to bras or tandoori flame again. I could tell they were hustling to work as quickly as possible, which can be appreciated in such a busy time. Very clean place, elegant decor. Will be coming back again next week!
