To Liz and the ladies who helped prepare our lunch for Valentines day. Our party was a group of 74 people. You ladies did a superb job. The presentation was beautiful, and everyone commented how delicious everything tasted. (the salads, sandwiches, meat, cheese, fruit, and cake)...Because of Metro our party was one of the most successful parties we ever had. Thank you soooo much. Most staff very interactive, friendly, helpful. owner not so much. I have worked in retail for many years and the ability to interact with the customer is utmost importance. I find stock is out a lot YES sometimes it is shorted. But I have noticed other stores are not. I enjoy the friendly interaction with the cashiers. PS it is the staff that makes a business great.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to give Gurpreet and Vikas at the Weston Road Mobility Kiosk a raving review. The first time I went in I dealt with Gurpreet. Service from Gurpreet was smooth, she was informative, and asked the right questions regarding my mobility needs. Second visit I dealt with Vikas. Once again! Thumbs up for service excellence. Fantastic! An excellent Fortinos Location. The staff is extremely helpful. The photo centre is phenomenal, I had the most wonderful experience getting my childrens baptism photos done here! I highly recommend this location for doing your photographs whether its for Easter, Christmas or any special occasion! From the moment I called to make the appointment I was greeted with such a pleasant person. I also got the baptism cake from here and it turned out so lovely. They customized it perfectly.

I went to Scarborough Super Store to get new glasses. The staff in the optical dept. was not only professional but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have been attended to by such an experienced, friendly staff.

This is by far the best No Frills I have ever been to. It is clean, well stocked, the staff are friendly and helpful, the produce is fresh and very impressed with the butcher and meat; well-priced and the quality is better than the 2 Metros in the area. Always shop here and I have shopped at the other No Frills in Etobicoke, Rexdale and Woodbridge. Hands down a great store.
