I give 0 star for terrible customer service. I had an appointment at 1045 with kim. And waited till 11:25 till I walked out. They overbooked. Not one apology or explanation and my family was waiting in the car for 40 min. They sent someone to remove my old polish who wasnt even a manicurist (she told me) she made a cut in my finger. As I was leaving a girl came to say she will do it but I wasn't booked with her as i always go to kim. Im stuck with these nails for nye! Terrible. No call, nothing.

I HIGHLY recommend All Season Nails & Spa. I had the best pedicure today with Tony. This business is run with the best ethics and professionalism that I have seen in a long time! All the staff are so dedicated to making sure you have the best experience. I will only go here for when I want to feel special and really treat myself. Donna is amazing as well, but I would have any of the staff do my treatments! You won't be disappointed...

All Season Nails Has a new ownership and they are fantastic. The salon is always clean, and everyone at the salon is friendly and welcoming. Kim is amazing at doing nails! I would highly recommend this nail salon. I’ve been to a lot of other salons and this is by far my favourite

While I found the...

While I found the cleanliness quite good, everything else was disappointing. I had a simple manicure and pedicure - both my hands and toes had nail polish remaining on the skin around my nails. Also, there was a continuous trend of cutting corners or just being cheap - 1) the nail polish was thinned out and after 2 coats there was still a transparency through the polish. When the tech was proceeding to put on the top clear coat, I had to ask her to put on a third coat as you could see through the polish. 2) even though the salon was empty, the tech insisted on doing my manicure while I was sitting in the pedicure chair (which was in the corner). Because she couldn't get in on the one side, I had to reach my arm across my entire body and hold it in the air while she performed the manicure on this hand. I also had bracelets and a watch on that she never took off while performing the manicure. 3) this salon does not offer any quick dry spray or lights to sit under to expedite nail drying it to ensure nails are completely dry before leaving. I had to simply wait in my chair for 20 mins when the tech came by to let me know she thought I was good to go. 4) I stopped for a pedicure unexpectedly and did not have flip flops. I struggled to get my strappy sandals on while standing at the till (an employee was on her cell phone taking up the entire couch at the front), I was not offered foam flip flops as an alternative. Interestingly enough, my nails were not dry and while trying to get my sandals on I messed up the polish on 4 fingers and 1 toe. The customer is certainly not the priority for the staff at this salon - will never go back

Poal nails & spa

A really clean and friendly facility, their English is a little broken but they get me in and out, what I want from a place like this (if I want to linger, I'd go to a spa). They don't rush you but don't take forever! Good job on the pedicures, the only service I got to them for, every 4-6 weeks regularly. I call day of and they usually can accommodate!

speedy service

I am not overly impressed with quality of service or shop cleanliness. I have had my nails done by 2 different women. One gave me powder gel when I asked for acrylic. However, she did a really nice job. The other lady did acrylic like I requested, they were clunky and I had to reshape them so I could pick things up. The 2nd time she did a fill over the power gel, pink and white, with. Lear and white. The white was dirty so I have specks in to and the. Lear shows the line of the pink. She also did not cure the gel top. Oat lo g enough and when I painted my. Ails the gel lifted and bubbled. I contacted them and am still waiting for an answer, 2 weeks later. No! I will not be going back!
