The Audio Spot is a unique Calgary store that draws in people discovering vinyl for the first time as well as those revisiting the much-loved analog sound. Thousands of records are available for sale, but the store's offerings don't end there. "The focus is on the equipment," says owner Marilyn Hall. "We have used turntables, amps, receivers and speakers. We also have a full repair shop with five technicians. In addition to that, we buy and trade vintage units that people are looking to sell."
There are even listening rooms for customers and staff to test out different audio systems. The eclectic mix of vintage and new sounds creates an environment any serious audiophile will love.
