RT's severely lacking knowledge. They had prescribed the wrong treatment and hurt my mom's health. We switched to a different provider and they actually know what they are talking about.

The service for for sleep apnea testing was outstanding - prompt, friendly, and personal. Front end, testing coordinator and respiratory therapist were all helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

The technician was excellent. Front desk reception was rude, unfriendly, intolerant, and impatient. New receptionist with less attitude would be fantastic.
