    It is 10:02 am on Thursday April 23, I am calling your appointment line. I started my call on 9:30am. I waited on the line for 30 mins and finally a lady picked up at around 9:55am(I have no problem waiting on the line as I will not have time to answer for the callback). The lady who answered did not have enough patience. Her voice is not clear on the phone. When she asked me information, I just repeated her question once, then she lost her patience. Very poor service

    The automated answering/booking/call back are an absolute joke. As I sit on hold for 45 minutes with no response, it leaves me wondering if anyone works anymore. I seriously doubt that anytime I call there is a higher than usual volume. Every single time? Sure. Ok. Please employ real people to answer the calls and teach ethical behaviour. I don’t mind waiting several minutes, but 45 minutes (after which I gave up)?? No call back after 1.5 hours? Really? I guess I’ll drive there to book. Shame!!

    If it is not star there I give zero star for the central booking for this company.I tried 3 days to book one appointment for abdomen ultra sound.First day because they have high volume off calls ,they said,they suggested to ta a call back.Never happen.Second day same thing.The day 3 I stay all day on hold and no body came back to me. The same time I call in my cell phone the Insight West End in Edmonton to book direct one appointment and after few attempts I get some one on the phone and ask m
