It is 10:02 am on Thursday April 23, I am calling your appointment line. I started my call on 9:30am. I waited on the line for 30 mins and finally a lady picked up at around 9:55am(I have no problem waiting on the line as I will not have time to answer for the callback). The lady who answered did not have enough patience. Her voice is not clear on the phone. When she asked me information, I just repeated her question once, then she lost her patience. Very poor service
