From the very beginning from quote to finished product installed, their customer service was nothing short of amazing. Waylon’s (slaws) product knowledge is vast and his ability to find solutions for what we wanted was fantastic. Any challenge that arose, Knight stepped up with positive response and results. I am a satisfied customer of Knight Windows and Doors. I live in an older home and replaced all the windows, 2 doors, and a garage door and was very happy with the time and attention to detail that Waylon Robert spent with me in planning my order. The installation also went smoothly and the installers provided a very nice finished product on the inside and out. It looks amazing and I would recommend this company. Jody

Awesome company! They came out immediately to assist me and even though they weren't able to repair my type of door, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped me to get my vehicle out so I still had transportation for my children.

I was referred to this company by a family friend last year when we decided to upgrade some windows. From the initial meeting to the installs and the inspection, everything went great. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, product was of great quality. For installs, the two indv that came in, booked a time with us, came in 10 minutes early, worked the entire day, without needing to leave for lunch or get supplies. Great Service and even greater rates

Keith and his team are just great people who do an exceptional and professional job!! The 1" pipe that holds the spring on my garage door broke. So I gave Keith a call. He quoted me a per foot cost for the pipe (couple dollars per foot for an 8 foot pipe). The other guys told me the cost of the pipe was going to be $120.00 plus 100/hr to install......LOL Thanks again Keith for treating a client with professionalism and an honest price. You have just made me your customer for life!!
