I live in Calgary and often come to Edmonton, the place that i always have to go to when i'm needing a good bowl of Pho would be Pho kim . The owners are super nice they always make me feel like i'm getting a good home cooked meal. They will always specialize what i want. The broth is just like my moms pho which I adore.
Today was my 3rd time here. The first 2 visits weren't too bad-the server had a mix up once but was fixed quickly. This time there was more customers in as usual, we both ordered drinks (bubble tea and a red bean drink), appetizers and each a dish. The apps. came first, then about 15-20mins later the bubble tea. Almost an HOUR later came the red bean drink, followed by one dish about another 15-20 mins later then my dish about 5 more mins later, which wasn't what I ordered but the server insisted (ordered pad Thai which didn't have the correct garnish or flavor. Very disappointed, I ate some of it anyways since we had waited so long. I will never go back there again.
