I am very satisfied with my experience at the South Side location. I requested an email quote which I received promptly, and was followed up with a courtesy call to confirm. Front desk staff was excellent, same day service, and price was right. I highly recommend this business.

If you're looking for friendly, thorough, and just overall amazing customer service COME HERE! These guys are phenomenal I never go anywhere else after coming here years ago. They are accomedating and really go out of their ways to fit you in and give you a great price! You won't be disappointed! Nobody wants to get their windshields replaced but these guys make it easy and less painful for sure! Thanks guys!!!! Specifically the 99st and 34 ave location in Edmonton.

Excellent First Class Service!

I would just like to say that I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the South Side location. From the start, the front desk staff was excellent catering to all my needs, the location was clean and well kept from the front lobby to shop. The North location wait time was often 2 to 3 hours. Here, 40 minutes. Finally, management noticed I'm hard of walking, and had the door open for me and vehicle pulled up for ease of access. I highly recommend this business. Thank you from Pitbull.

Would give zero stars if i could. Horrible customer service. My car got sent in to get my windshield bindings repair due to a recall. Unfortunately, they crack my windshield in the process (from the interior). They attempted to "fix it" and fill the hole so they drilled hole in my windshield and realized it wasn't possible to fix. I spoke to the manager and he was only able to offer a discount. Why would i pay for a mistake they made? Now moisture is coming through my windshield all the time

I am a repeat customer of Windshield Surgeon South and the service just keeps getting better and better even though it was great to start with. From the initial booking, confirmation phone call to the in-person service, the staff is polite, professional and efficient. Came for a 1:00 p.m. appointment to replace windshield and get new wiper blades and they were done in under an hour. I would highly recommend this branch! Thank you to Terry and Azim.
