Poor response to any breakdown maitenance requests in the apartment and if they do respond, it's after numerous reminders.For example:1) Temperature regulators are old & broken and need replacement. 2)Broken faucets are not effectively fixed leading to huge amount of water wastege. Final analysis is that, the state of maintenance is continuously deteriorating.
