I ordered 800.00 in auto parts and was guaranteed overnight shipping. So come the following day I come in to pick up the parts only to find that one of the most important parts is MISSING!
If you guaranteed that the order would be available they should be available and if for whatever reason they dont come in you should notify the customer so they dont end up wasting their time end of story. Once I have the last part this will be the last time I deal with Canadian Tire.
Everytime I have questions or need assistance the people you ask servicing that department knows hardly nothing about that department and its a waste of time.
Hard to buy auto parts here. If you call you will probably sit on hold for ten minutes, if you go into the store, wait time is even longer. I gave up and went up the street. Canadian Tire, you really need to hire more people or someone dedicated to answering the phones.
