I got my nails done here and she rushed through the whole thing. Missing spots and cutting me twice. She did not ask Me what I wanted. Not satisfied. Would not recommend. Not going back.

i will never ever ever ever go back here again. my first experience getting my nails done was awful. I could hardly understand a thing that they were saying to me, they have a dog running around loose... very unsanitary. they did not clean tools in between clients. a lady walked in after I did and they got her started before me. she kept telling me ' just 5 minutes, just 5 minutes' I waited for probably 15 before she got me into a chair, even then she was not done with the previous client whom she brought BACK over to my station and continued to work on her where I was sitting. . I was told $50 on the phone to find out it being $60 when I got there. she made me feel like I was bothering her to be there, don't open a business if you don't like people or cant speak English very well.. they talked to eachother in their own language while looking straight at me, making it seem like she was addressing me. I went there even after reading the bad reviews, DO NOT GO HERE.

I have been to sky nails since it was open. In the beginning it was very nice and relaxing. I would usually get a pedicure and gel nails. As time progressed the attitude of the nail technicians went from happy, willing to please and friendly.... To cold, rude and as if you were bothering them. I like to have the feel of relaxation while I get pampered but as time progresses this place gets worse and worse. The woman who owns the place is awful. She will answer the phone mid nail job and answer so rudely. "Sky nail... Yep..... *click*" in a low and semi creepy tone. I am tired of this place treating customers so poorly and not keeping to the schedule. When you make an appointment it is important to uphold it. Also don't get me started on the dog Tina and having the baby there ingesting those fumes. Go elsewhere , please.

Hey if they can throw a client out in the streets in the middle of winter, what makes you think they want your business? There was a client who sat near the front and had a vase fall on her head. They told her to sue them all she wants or take $100 and sign a contract promising not to sue. During busy season they will lie and say there's no room for pedi's or shellac nails. Apparently it's not worth their "time" and don't want that kind of money. Don't get me wrong the nail work there turns out beautifully but is that the price you must pay for beauty? I always thought women get their nails done to feel pampered and relaxed. Not mistreated. Won't go there again! Rather spend my money where it's appreciated!

Tried for 3 weeks to get in there. Told to come down on Friday only to be told to book for Sunday. When someone finally answered the phone, could not book for Sunday but Monday at 5. Be there at 5 they say, very rude and abrupt. Got there at 5 to 5. 3 people sitting there waiting and 2 women are doing nails. No acknowledgement, just sit there and listen to them talk to each other in a different language. Not one word said to their client. I watched as they reused their tools without cleaning any after being used on another person. At 5:30 2 more people walked in to wait,. Now this is 5 people waiting and only 2 people doing nails. At 5:35 I left. I cannot believe how rude and ignorant these woman were. After hearing about it in the community I can also say " DO NOT GO THERE" In a way I am glad they treated me like this as I want a place that will use clean tools and at least acknowledge me more than their dog.
