My husband and I went to the Red Deer, Alberta location. They said i10-15 mins for gravy. There were 2-3 orders ahead of us and another 4 orders behind us, plus I assume delivery orders. They continued saying a 10-15 min wait when more people came after us. My husband went up to ask how long more and the kitchen said they did not know. We asked for refund. Terrible service and may never go there again. How long does it take to make gravy and how do they run out.
