Absolutely unprofessional. I had multiple maintenance issues that were flat out ignored the first year I was renting. The unit I was in was not cleaned properly or even finished with all construction prior to move in as it was promised by the realtor. Each unit is assigned a case coordinator, and mine changed all the time with no notification as to who the new coordinator would be. Each time you call for anything you need to know your case coordinator or reception can't direct your call. Now aft
