I was needing help with a 9 yr old water tank. From my first call to office (on a weekend without an answering service) to installation of a new tank, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. 10/10.

Jordon, the service technician, was very professional and arrived at the scheduled time. He explained what had happened to my hot water tank. He was able to fix the problem! I really appreciated how he took the time to make sure I understood what to do if the problem happened again. Jordon also carefully reviewed my options in the event I need to replace my hot water tank. Thanks Jordon!

I've had many trades in my home over the years, I wish all trades where as professional as City Wide was during my repair. City Wide came out on time, provided exceptional service and are very skilled in there trade.

Everything you want it to be!

Professional, helpful, informative and LOCAL!!! From the initial call to the technician who showed up - was a really nice experience that I felt good about considering the situation (no hot water and having to pay for the unexpected). We called around to others but others had call centres in Toronto or ?? and wanted to sell me maintenance pkg first.

Awesome Service

I am so impressed with the fast/polite/quality service that I received from City Wide, although I found the labour a bit pricey, the quality and speed was well worth it.
