everything started well, the person assigned my return was good and things were progressing well, then the return was passed along to someone with more experience and 6 weeks later nothing has been done. no communication, return not filed.

Very Friendly and opening environment. Had to wait a bit longer than expected but the staff was great in getting the job done with a positive attitude. Thank you for the great service
