Excellent service and great quality flowers!

Hi-way is my favorite flower shop, period. The service is always friendly and prompt. Even last minute requests are no problem for them. The quality of their flowers and products is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. I even had them send flowers to family overseas and it worked out so well. I have never had any issues and have been using Hi way for a long time. Thanks again to all the staff at Hiway flowers for continuing excellence in service and choosing top quality product!

I ordered a dozen...

I ordered a dozen of roses eventually I got 3 big roses and 3 small roses for substitute. and the whole arrangement is totally NOT the same. so I called them they said they dont carry that type of flowers so I asked why you have this on the website, they said thats why they do the substitute. Not even try to please me with some of the refund. the whole conversation was rude that I feel like I was arguing with her. I wont spend a buck in that store.
