Poor, Place was busy, they got me in walk in, seemed like the attendant assigned to me was upset with the additional client. The owner(man) was talking to her. The attendant banged through it fast. Not relaxing at all, poor job, trim was uneven and heel cleaning lite. I complained and the owner called her back to redo, 5 mins later done. They were talking in their language the entire time and I felt it was disrespectful. I complained again at the counter to owner and he was short unapologetic.

Hit or miss nail salon. Even if you have an appointment, they will rush on your nails so you can get out and they can take another person in. Every time I go, one of my nails pop off in less than a week. They’ll say my nails are too small or “they never seen that happen” even though it’s a clean break. I went in to get a nail fixed (less than a week when I got them done and they charged $70) no one was there but me and she rushed. The nail wasn’t the same shape as the others. Don’t go!

I come here nearly every Friday bi-weekly and receive the best treatment and gorgeous acrylics every time. I’ve been to two other salons and had a bad experience but Kildare nail salon/ one of my favourite nail artists have never let me down. You can show them what you want and they will create it even better that you would’ve thought 10/10 recommend this store

Had a shellac manicure done there a few days before Christmas. Almost the next day the shellac had started to chip around my cuticles (see picture). Wasnt able to go back for almost a week due to Christmas and spending time with family. Went back and asked them to fix it. She told me she didnt push my cuticle back far enough so thats why it chipped and it would be $20 to fix because it was a week ago. I said no and just got her to take it off. Not the first time Ive had sub par service here.
