Rude Owner/ Bad business
The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He lectured me on how to run a business and told me a business should never give anything away for free. If you want service, I'd suggest going to another UPS location where you'll receive better treatment. Even the driver commented on how rude the owner continuously is. Stay away!
