Richard and Carol Anne were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about home construction and all of the various working systems of the home. I was totally satisfied with the detailed inspection they did on my new home in Brockville. Richard recommended things I should do to bring the home up to code and suggested things that would improve the functionality of my home. Richard and Carol Anne are friendly, courteous, and professional. Their inspection was thorough, and they found things we never would have thought to look for. They were also able to put our minds at ease by showing us exactly what needed work, how much work was needed, and even advised us on what to prioritize and why. The report clearly delineates and explains everything, to the point that we can estimate how much home maintenance and repairs will cost and what benefits we can expect from them

Richard and Carol-Ann did a very professional pre-listing inspection of our home -- they use a very comprehensive inventory of common possible problem areas to check -- and they also discussed any (in our case very minor) issues with us as they observed things inside and outside our home. Their multi-page report was logically laid out -- supported by many digital photos documenting their observations. It was quickly conveyed electronically to us and to our real estate agent the day after.
