If I could I'd give them zero stars. Owners are rude and terrible business owners. After canceling I was charged again which they refused to correct. I was called a liar and was told I wasting their time! Absolutely appalling customer service

Love it!

This is our third baby with Bear Bottoms and the customer service is excellent. I tell you Jill's experience with the diapers goes above and beyond. I have numerous friends and even a family member using the service and everyone loves the product and service. I can't tell enough people about this. Easy peasy and price is cheaper than other companies

We had a horrible...

We had a horrible experience with customer service. When we went to cancel after three weeks we found out we had to stay on for an additional 6 weeks because we didn’t cancel by the 15th of the month. Then a guy came to our door too early and tried to collect all of the diapers. The guy gave us some diapers but much less than what we usually got. The weeks after that they had the correct amounts. They are openly hostile on the phone when dealing with them.

Best thing we ever did!

My partner thought I was nuts to want to use cloth, now he is their biggest fan. These people are great and the product is what you want on your baby. We can't say enough about our baby's happy little bum.

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service BEWARE. Don't waste your start up money on them. After being yelled at by the owner and falsely accused of being late on a payment, I'm switching to Wonderwear.
