We sent an email to Walter at All Purpose Carpet about repairing a large burn hole in a carpet (long story!) Walter responded right away with a reasonable quote based on our description and scheduled an appointment right away. When he came out to do the work he was thoroughly pleasant and his work was solid! And he came in under his quote for the repair. Would use All Purpose Carpet Repair again in a Heartbeat…Thanks Walter

I called All Purpose yesterday for a last-minute repair on a patch of cat-damaged carpeting in my home. Walter, the owner, arrived first thing this morning and gave me an honest assessment of what he could do to fix it at minimal cost. The end result was even better than I expected and all for a very reasonable price. He’s down-to-earth, works with integrity and gives fair value to his clients. I highly recommend him. Walter did an amazing job repairing the carpet on our stairs where the dog had chewed it away. Now, you would never know that the carpet was patched. Walter is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely be phoning him again if I have issues with my carpets in the future!
