i bought electric stove and it stopped working after 3 month when i went again to ask about parts and i told my problem..they were very rude and they did not do anything about that stove …and so very rude owner and not good material..
They have very bad customer service. I tried calling them for there defective product but there is not reply from them. I have waited for them to understand the problem from past one month. After getting tired I have decided to drop them reviews.
Same experience as other reviewers. Worst customer service I have every experienced. Spend a bit more and but a brand-new appliance. Service is non-existent and repairs take multiple attempts with the end resulting being that the issue is still not resolved.
Worst service ever... appliances not getting serviced even in warranty
I do not recommend this place. Spend $500 more and buy your appliances from the REAL place. I made a mistake going to these people and my experience with them was horrible.
I hope no one experiences what i had to go through dealingg with this business. I spent $5,000 on a fridge/stove/dishwasher and the fridge stopped working. Its been 6 months and the problem is still unresolved. In the end its going to cost me more than if i had bought it brand new. Dont waste your money.
